About Lisa

Lisa joined HLB as its Chief Regional Officer, Western Markets in July 2018, bringing two decades of leadership in the public accounting industry to her role. As catalyst and connector for the association’s member firms in the Western Region, Lisa focuses on finding new ways for HLB to bring innovative thinking and superior relationship building to the network’s member firms.  Lisa is a creative thinker who routinely uncovers opportunities to help HLB member firms work together toward common goals and profitable ventures.

Lisa’s unique combination of experiences meets the needs for every skill and characteristic HLB members seek in their leaders: hands‐on industry experience working inside two Top 100 CPA firms, innovation in creating and building an online community for accountants, strong relationship building through managing development initiatives in professional associations, and strategic thinking from leading a successful consulting firm. Her passion for the profession and deep caring for the individuals who serve in it connect directly to HLB’s passion for ensuring the best possible value and experience for every member firm.
